Terms of Service

By engaging Kan-Tek for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Kan-Tek provides IT development, design, SEO, and staffing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements and proposals.

Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon project completion. We stand behind our work — if we cannot deliver as agreed, you do not pay.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the deliverables created specifically for their project. Kan-Tek retains rights to its tools, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.

We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign NDAs before project discussions. Contact our US-based CEO for in-person meetings and NDA signing.

Kan-Tek's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
