Delivery Strength

Implementation Capabilities

Four pillars from brief to hypercare — expand each to see how we de-risk delivery.

Product team mapping user flows on whiteboard
Avg. discovery: 1–2 weeks

We run structured discovery workshops, map user journeys, and produce a scope document with phased milestones. Every assumption gets a validation path — no surprise scope creep after kickoff.

Engineer reviewing system architecture diagram
ADR + wireframes in sprint 0

Technical leads produce architecture decision records and non-functional requirements. Designers deliver responsive flows tied to acceptance criteria so engineering and stakeholders align on what “done” means.

Sprint demo with live product walkthrough
Weekly demo cadence

Squads ship in fixed iterations with staging environments clients can click through. Code review, automated tests, and security checks run on every merge — not as a pre-launch panic.

Launch checklist and monitoring dashboard
99.9% uptime targets on launch week

We plan rollouts with feature flags, rollback paths, and on-call coverage. Hypercare covers the first weeks after launch with daily standups until KPIs stabilize and handoff to your ops team is clean.

How We Ship

Delivery Process

A four-phase rail from alignment to launch — each step expands with context and visuals.

01
Stakeholders aligning on project goals

We document business goals, compliance needs, and integration touchpoints. You get a RACI matrix, communication plan, and a realistic timeline — not a generic Gantt template.

02
Designer presenting interface mockups

Designers and architects work in parallel: clickable prototypes for user-facing flows, OpenAPI specs for integrations, and ERD drafts for data-heavy builds. Feedback loops stay tight with async reviews.

03
Engineering squad pairing on implementation

Each sprint ends with a demo against acceptance criteria. We track velocity, blockers, and scope changes transparently. UAT environments mirror production configs so sign-off reflects real behavior.

04
Team celebrating successful product launch

Launch includes runbooks, alerting, and knowledge transfer sessions. We stay through hypercare, then propose a maintenance or phase-two roadmap based on live usage data — not guesswork.

Commitments We Stand Behind

Kan-Tek · Statement of Work

Standard Engagement Clauses

Incorporated by reference in all client SOWs

Doc Ref:
KT-SOW-STD-2024
Revision:
Rev. 1.0

The following standard clauses ("Clauses") are incorporated by reference into every Statement of Work ("SOW") executed between Kan-Tek and Client. Upon mutual signature, these Clauses form a binding part of the engagement and govern scope, delivery, quality, and post-launch obligations.

Every engagement starts with a signed scope document listing deliverables, exclusions, and assumptions. Changes go through a lightweight change request with impact on timeline and budget before work begins.

We commit to sprint-level milestones you can verify in staging. If blockers arise, we surface them early with options — re-scope, add capacity, or shift sequence — instead of slipping quietly.

PRs require review and passing CI. Critical paths have integration tests; releases include smoke checks. Security-sensitive features get an extra pass against OWASP top risks and dependency audits.

We do not disappear after go-live. Hypercare covers incident response and quick fixes. Handoff includes runbooks, architecture docs, and optional managed services if you want Kan-Tek to stay on retainer.

Astor Chocolate B2B Store
Seasonal launches used to take weeks of back-and-forth. Kan-Tek gave us a Magento setup where marketing can publish collections and B2B buyers place custom packaging orders without calling us.

PriceRight Rentals Platform
Double bookings were killing us. The MVC platform Kan-Tek built shows live availability and takes deposits online — our team stopped living on the phone.

Wallet, merchant checkout, and on-chain receipts had to work together from day one. Kan-Tek shipped a Solana-backed stack our partners could actually demo to ISOs.
